From The Garden To the Table

It’s thyme to discover the fun and excitement of cooking! Children will explore their own creativity in this hands-on cooking class that includes prep thyme, cooking thyme, and the all important clean up thyme. They will learn cooking essentials, how to follow recipes, measure, mix and chop and to always put safety first. Kids will stir up something new and delicious each week while learning an important life skill and having a great time with their friends in the kitchen.

From The Garden To the Table — Middle School

Discover the fun and excitement of cooking in this exciting new hands-on cooking class. Students will expand their culinary knowledge and master kitchen fundamentals while creating simple yet sophisticated menus that they’ll enjoy recreating at home. They will learn basic knife skills, cooking and baking techniques, menu planning, and organizing prep work. We will be cooking with fresh foods from the school garden. It promises to be a fun course while learning to be creative with what’s in the kitchen.

Look Who's Making Lunch!

What’s stirring in the kitchen? It may be your child! We will teach a hands on cooking class during lunch bunch where children will make their own lunch….and eat it too! They will learn cooking essentials, how to follow recipes, measure, mix and chop and to always put safety first. They will combine their skills, discover their own creativity and create fun memories while stirring up a different meal each week. It’s thyme to discover the fun and excitement of cooking!
